如何制作传统午餐?
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of cooked and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped carrots
- 1/4 cup of chopped celery
- 1/4 cup of chopped green peppers

Instructions:

Tips:
- For a richer lunch, add 1/2 cup of cheese or bacon to the pot.
- Serve with a side of crusty bread or a salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Variations:
- Chicken: Add 1 pound of cooked chicken, chopped and browned, to the pot along with the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Fish: Add 1 pound of cooked fish, chopped and browned, to the pot along with the vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.

Vegetarian: Add 1 cup of chopped vegetables, such as broccoli, cauliflower, or bell peppers, to the pot along with the other vegetables. Cook for 10 minutes, or until tender.
