如何制作传统晚餐?
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of pork shoulder, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can of diced tomatoes
- 1 (15-ounce) can of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a large pot, brown the pork shoulder on all sides.
- Add the onion, garlic, olive oil, oregano, thyme, black peppercorns, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Simmer for 15 minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened.
- Add the browned pork shoulder and parsley to the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes, or until the pork is heated through.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
Tips:
- For a richer dish, use a combination of different cuts of pork, such as ribs, shoulder, and belly.
- You can also add other vegetables to the dish, such as carrots, celery, or potatoes.
- Serve with a side of crusty bread or a salad.
